Business History
-
From 1967 to 1988 Mr. LeBeau was employed by E. F. Hutton and its
successor Shearson Lehman Hutton. In
1974 he was appointed Office Manager of E.
F. Hutton’s commodity office in downtown
Los Angeles
.

In 1978 he was promoted to Vice President, Regional Futures
Director where he was responsible for supervising futures and options
business in 43 offices.

In 1989 Mr. LeBeau founded Island View Financial Group, Inc., a
CFTC and NFA registered Commodity Trading Advisor.

In 2001 Mr. LeBeau founded Tan LeBeau LLC, a securities management
firm that operates the
TLB
Short-Term Equities hedge fund.

Mr. LeBeau retired in 2004 and now spends most of his time playing golf
near Sedona, Arizona. He still enjoys an occasional challenge as an
expert witness in matters related to the futures industry.

Frequent speaker at national and international futures industry
conferences. Hired as a
consultant by the Bank of China in
Beijing
and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in the
United
Arab Emirates
to assist in training
their futures and currency traders.

Co-author of Computer Analysis of the Futures
Market, a well-known and
highly regarded book on futures trading published by McGraw-Hill in 1992.
Has also authored numerous magazine articles on trading in stocks
and futures.

Fee Schedule
$150.00 per hour (portal to
portal). $2,000 per day when
testifying or being deposed. Half-day
rate for testimony or depositions is $1,000.
Travel and other expenses to be reimbursed. Air travel of more than
four hours will be in First Class.
A

required.
